Time is a precious commodity that we all have in limited supply. It's something we can't get back once it is gone, so it's essential to be mindful of how we spend our time. In today's fast-paced world, it can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle

of daily life, and before we know it, we're committed to too many things and struggle to keep up. 

 

One of the biggest challenges when managing our time is figuring out how much time we have to commit to different tasks and responsibilities. Knowing how much time to devote to each area of our lives is crucial to maintaining balance and keeping our "tanks" full to have reserve to give to others.

 

Committing to a ten-week life story writing workshop may hold you back from experiencing the healing nature of writing and sharing your stories. Many benefits are reported with writing your stories. It is a therapeutic process, although not therapy.

I have decided to shorten my workshops to five weeks. The first workshop (GAB 1) will consist of five-story writing themes. There are writing prompts to help stir your memories. I will offer a second five-week workshop with different themes to continue your writing.
